Current Ancestry Member? How to cancel current membership and sign up for another 6-month Membership and save 40 percent
Step 1: LOG OUT OF ANCESTRY. You cannot see the current sale if you are logged in and have an active membership.
Step 2: Click LINK and then click on SALE and then select the membership level you want and click Become a member.
Step 3: DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT! Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click SIGN IN next to Already have an account?
Step 4: Depending on how much time is remaining on your current membership, you will be asked to confirm the change. My current membership expires 13 November 2023 so I will be given a credit towards the purchase of the 6-month All Access membership. Click Confirm and proceed.
Step 5: You will see an order summary. Scroll down and make payment to complete the process.
